1. All appointment booked online will get an confirmation mail from dcrcprayagaraj@gmail.com after payment realisation.

2. For Cancellations, please write us at dcrcprayagaraj@gmail.com with a genuine reason for cancellations within 5 days prior to appointment. Once confirmed your refund will be processed online and a confirmation mail will be send via dcrcprayagaraj@gmail.com .

3. If cancellation raised 5 days prior to appointment,full refund will be provided.
If raised prior to 3 days only 50% refund will be processed.
For Same day cancellation NO REFUND will be provided.

4. In any emergency case, unavoidable circumstances where NO OPD condition will arrived , change is appointment or full cancellation will be provided.
